Race Preview: Peterborough 1/2 Marathon
It's that time of year again... Peteroborough 1/2 Marathon!
I've done this almost every year, other than when injury/illness intervened. It's kind of my first little test of where I'm at.
My previous results...
Original flat course:
2010 - 1:45:26
New hilly course:
2011 - 1:38:54
2013 - 1:43:18 (119/400, 23/40 M35-39, 97/223 Men)
2014 - 1:42:38 (94/335, 12/28 M35-39, 79/192 Men)
2015 I missed due to being sick.
I'm actually a bit surprised at how fast I've been at this race, I don't feel like those paces are something I can do right now. 2014 was 4:52/km, seems out of reach at the moment.
I'll try something closer to 5:00/km and speed up if it's there. To the moon!
